Linkin Park is an alternative rock / nu metal band formed in California (USA) in 1996. They became an emblematic band of the genre the 2000s with the albums Hybrid Theory (2000) and Meteora (2003).
In 2024, 7 years after the release of their most recent album and the death of lead singer Chester Bennington, the band returned and announced a new lineup as well as the release of a new album on November 15, 2024: From Zero.
Linkin Park now consists in singer/rhythm guitarist/keyboardist Mike Shinoda, lead guitarist Brad Delson, DJ/turntablist Joe Hahn, bassist Dave Farrell, singer Emily Armstrong and drummer Colin Brittain.
