Story
Created in 1996 by Zahaah, HIMINBJORG released their first demo "Hedning" in 1997. In 1998, they signed with RedStream and released the album "Where Ravens Fly". Their second album "In The Raven's Shadow" (1999) shifted to a darker black metal. In 2000, they collaborated with Stéphane Buriez on the album "Third". In 2001, they released "Haunted Shores" and in 2003, "Golden Age" with a more violent sound. After a four-year break, they returned in 2008 with "Chants d'Hier, Chants de Guerre, Chants de la Terre". In 2015, they launched the album "Wyrd". For their 20th anniversary, they re-recorded "Golden Age" and are ready to meet their audience again.
