Anthony Edward Aaron Aedy (born December 19, 1969) is an English guitarist best known for being the rhythm guitarist of gothic metal/doom metal band Paradise Lost, which he founded in 1988 alongside Stephen Edmondson, Gregor Mackintosh and Nick Holmes[3]. He founded the band in 1988 with Stephen Edmondson, Gregor Mackintosh and Nick Holmes. As well as rhythm guitar, he occasionally plays acoustic guitar on albums such as Shades of God and Draconian Times.
Like his bandmate Gregor Mackintosh, he is left-handed, but has always played right-handed guitars because they are cheaper than left-handed ones.
He also remixed the German industrial metal band Die Krupps' compilation The Final Remixes.
